🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, BakeMyDay does not accept returns.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds will only be offered if:
  Your order is incorrect
• Your order is damaged upon collection/delivery

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos provided.

📦 Postal Orders

Once orders have been dispatched, BakeMyDay is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays
• Damage caused during transit

However, if there is a serious issue, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

❌ Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the due date are non-refundable
