1. General

By placing an order with BakeMyDay, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

All baked goods are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance from photos shown on our website or social media. This includes decoration, colour, and finish. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered faults.

3. Allergies & Ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts, soya, and other allergens. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before ordering.

4. Orders

  • Orders must be placed with full details (flavour, design, date, etc.).
  • Your order is only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order.

5. Payment

Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Orders will not be started until payment terms are met.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48–72 hours before the agreed collection/delivery date (adjust if you want).
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be given for custom or personalised orders unless the product is faulty.
  • If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

7. Collection & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct collection/delivery details.
  • Once collected or delivered, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.
  • We are not liable for damage after collection/delivery (including transport damage or improper storage).

8. Storage

Cakes and baked goods must be stored as instructed. Failure to follow storage guidance may affect quality, and we cannot accept responsibility for this.

9. Freshness

All items are made fresh to order. Best-before guidance will be provided with your order. We recommend consuming products within the advised time frame for best quality.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order or service at our discretion.
